The Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT) has joined the 2007 iSchools Project of the Commission on Information and Communications Technology to support the Philippine Government and the Department of Education agenda in integrating ICT in education in Public High Schools.
The College President commissioned ICT Director Jonathan O. Jacobo to organize the project management team who will undergo training programs, as part of the capability building efforts established by CICT for the efficient and effective implementation of the project.
Recently, a faculty of the college attended the Training on Basic Online Writing Techniques at the Oasis Hotel, Angeles City, Pampanga on June 28-30, 2007. The training aimed to equip the participants with relevant skills in online news and feature writing.
